不同國家溝通交流注意事項

1、跟北美客戶溝通交流的注意事項:

A、要開門見山;

B、簡單說明,不要復雜的表達;

C、態度認真,要有很強的時間觀念;

E、交流用語用we代替I;

F、屬于慢熱型。

4、跟南美客戶溝通交流的注意事項:

A、不妥協,堅持己見;

B、喜歡簡單的英文表達,盡量不要太復雜和隆重;

C、喜歡分期付款、喜歡被提問的方式、喜歡免費樣品;

D、很注重售后服務和產品的耐用性;
